Way in December 2003. For the record, 3738 Laurel Way does have paved
frontae and should be included in tfie alternativc proposal, qualifying under section "1"
vf Reslution 141 1 1. 3738 1,aurel Way is similar to 3730 Laurel Way — it has paved
frontage, utilities and water, and sewer lines that extend beyond the propecty, good soil as
shown in its soii and beotechnzca! report, and does not need retainin walls, Also,
Redwood City's Piannin Department calculated the slope of 3738 Laurel Way at 29%
(please see attached map dated i l/27/85).
Again, I fuliy support Seott Sweeney and hope #hat he is successfil in getting his hone
btilt. With the E3ay Area's expensive and limited housing market, Redwood City shou(d
welcome and support its property ownes to build hoines and contribute back to the City
throuh hi;her property taxes nd participation in the City's wonderhil community.
Sincerely,
 c {.5
Roer Flores
(G50) 364
cc: council members
