�.1.�-�-� The demolition of the South Annex must be underway prior to this summer (2005), to avoid any conflicts with the Plaza and Streetscape (Broadway) re-construction. The "Final Agreed Price" is based on an estimate prepared by DPR. No bids have been received at this time. When all bids are received by the subcontractors, and the total of all bids is less than or equal to the estimate, no further action is necessary. Alternative . Council can elect to not enter into this Agreement with DPR, and begin a new process to select a CM/GC and/or contractor with the capabilities of constructing the Historical Courthouse Reconstruction and Courthouse Plaza. Fiscal Impacts The Final Agreed Price to demolish the existing Annex and reconstruct the Courthouse is $4,955,057.00, as shown in Exhibit "C" to the Agreement. The difference in the estimates is the result of inflation and increase in cost of raw materials.
