6 . /. F-� � <br /> 2.3.3 Document Verification. CM/GC shall receive and review Certificates of Insurance, <br /> Performance and Payment Bonds from each Trade Contractors and forward to City/Agency <br /> before the Trade Contractor commences work. <br /> 2.3.4 Contract Administration. <br /> .1 The construction phase begins when the City/Agency awards one or more Trade <br /> Contracts and assigns the contract to CM/GC. <br /> .2 CM/GC shall provide administrative services as required to coordinate work of <br /> Trade Contractors with each other and the activities and responsibilities of Architect and <br /> City/Agency in order to complete the Project in accordance with the Contract Documents. <br /> .3 CM/GC shall provide sufficient qualified and experienced personnel. CM/GC <br /> shall maintain competent, full-time staff at the Project site for the purpose of coordinating and <br /> providing general supervision for the work and progress of Trade Contractors. <br /> .4 CM/GC's duties include the coordination of all activities related to the <br /> construction of the Project. CM/GC shall coordinate Work so that the Project is complete in <br /> accordance with the Master Schedule and within the Final Agreed Price. <br /> .5 CM/GC shall maintain communication with City/Agency throughout the <br /> construction phase and shall provide responsible reporting and documentation. CM/GC shall <br /> provide the following written reports: <br /> • CM/GC shall prepare and maintain daily reports on the progress of the work, and <br /> provide weekly summaries of the reports to the City/Agency. <br /> • Master Schedule updated monthly to show actual progress of the Work and each Trade <br /> Contract and any material changes in the schedule and submitted with each Payment <br /> Application. <br /> • Schedule report updated monthly showing the actual progress of the Work compared to <br /> scheduled progress and submitted with each Payment Application. � <br /> • Budget Report updated monthly including the Construction Costs to date, the value of all <br /> Trade Contracts awarded for construction of the Project, payments made by CM/GC, <br /> Atty/Agr/2005.003 <br /> 030805/L.Beck/607588v7 Page 24 of 30 <br />
