�.1.�-�2� <br /> .2 CM/GC shall arrange for delivery and storage, protection and security for <br /> City/Agency-purchased materials, systems and equipment, which are a part of the Project, until <br /> such items are incorporated into the Project. CM/GC shall coordinate with or assign these <br /> activities to the appropriate Trade Contractors who are responsible for the installation of such <br /> materials, systems, and equipment. <br /> 2.3.6 Submittal Procedures. <br /> .1 CM/GC shall establish and implement procedures with Architect and coordinate <br /> the timely review of shop drawings, submittals, requests for information, samples, product data, <br /> change orders, payment requests, material delivery dates, and other procedures, and maintain <br /> logs, files, and other appropriate documentation. <br /> .2 CM/GC shall develop and submit to City/Agency a log of all samples, material <br /> lists and certifications, mix designs, schedules, and other submittals, as required in <br /> specifications in Trade Contracts. The log shall indicate whether samples have been provided <br /> as specified and in accordance with other provisions of this Agreement. <br /> .3 CM/GC shall distribute information related to submittals in a timely manner. <br /> CM/GC shall consult with Architect, Architect's consultants and City/Agency if any Trade <br /> Contractor requests interpretations of the meaning and intent of the Contract Documents, and <br /> assist in the resolution of questions which may arise. <br /> .4 CM/GC shall monitor the certified payroll for the Project as submitted by the <br /> Trade Contractors. <br /> 2.3.7 Meetings. <br /> .1 CM/GC shall coordinate and conduct weekly job-site progress meetings with all <br /> Trade Contractors, and will prepare and distribute minutes to all attendees, City/Agency, and all <br /> other appropriate parties. CM/GC shall assist in the resolution of any technical construction <br /> issues. <br /> .2 CM/GC shall participate in other meetings as requested by City/Agency. <br /> Atty/Ag r/2005.003 <br /> 030805/L.Beck/607588v7 Page 26 of 30 <br />
