� / { . �~ V � <br /> 2.3.24 Punch List/V1/arranty. <br /> .1 CM/GC shall coordinate the completion of the Work in accordance with the <br /> Contract Documents. CM/GC shall assist the Architect in determining when the Project or a <br /> , designated portion thereof is complete. <br /> .2 When CM/GC considers the Work, or a designated portion thereof complete, <br /> CM/GC shall prepare a list of incomplete or unsatisfactory items ("Punch LisY') for review by the <br /> Architect and City/Agency's inspector. <br /> .3 CM/GC shall prepare a summary of the status of the Work, list changes in the <br /> previously issued punch list and establish the time frame within which CM/GC and the Trade <br /> Contractors shall complete the uncompleted items on the punch list. <br /> .4 CM/GC will be the single point of contact concerning all Punch List and warranty <br /> items and be responsible for securing performance by the Trade Contractors and manufacturers <br /> for the life of the warranty period. <br /> 2.3.25 General Conditions Items.
