Planning Director Schroeter advised that there is an application for a mini warehouse - storage building at 145 Monroe before the Zoning Administrator, and that apparently Mr. Ortiz is bringing an appeal before Council before action has been taken on the application, and suggested that Mr. Ortiz could contact his office to learn when the Use Permit will be considered again. 5.
