Ortiz, 145 Monroe Street, realtor representing E.R. & 0., the <br />Franklin Diller building across the street from the proposed mini warehouse <br />at Franklin and Monroe, expressed concern regarding the expected traffic <br />problems resulting from the project. <br />Planning Director Schroeter advised that there is an application for a mini <br />warehouse - storage building at 145 Monroe before the Zoning Administrator, and <br />that apparently Mr. Ortiz is bringing an appeal before Council before action <br />has been taken on the application, and suggested that Mr. Ortiz could contact <br />his office to learn when the Use Permit will be considered again. <br />5.
