M /S: Stangel /Claire <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10012 RECOGNIZING AND PROCLAIMING COAST WEEK AND CALIFORNIA <br />COASTAL CLEAN -UP DAY <br />Adopted unanimously by roll call vote. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />2. Amendment to Ralston Interchange Access agreement <br />(702 -02) <br />City Manager Smith advised that the amendment is to an agreement between the <br />City of Belmont and City of Redwood City executed in 1968 and would be an <br />additional constraint to the existing agreement. <br />A diagram was displayed showing the proposal for routing traffic into and out <br />of the Kumam development (Island Park), incorporating two underpasses to <br />facilitate access to and from Bayshore Freeway. <br />Tom Adams, 400 South E1 Camino Real, San Mateo, attorney for Kumam <br />Corporation, replied to questions by Council, and indicated that further <br />modifications will be required, but this will permit the project to get <br />started. <br />Title read. M /S: Stangel /Claire <br />RESOLUTION NO. 10013 APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF ADDENDUM TO <br />AGREEMENT - RALSTON AVENUE FREEWAY INTERCHANGE ACCESS <br />Adopted unanimously by roll call vote. <br />------------------------------------------ <br />3. Marine World Executive Park (901 -11) <br />a. Appeal by City of Belmont from the decision of the <br />Planning Commission to approve the tentative map <br />for Marine World executive park <br />b. Appeal by Kuman Corporation and KG Land California <br />Corporation from the decision of the Planning <br />Commission to approve the tentative map for Marine <br />World Executive Park <br />(continued opened from 9/16/85) <br />Report of Planning Commission 9/5/85 <br />Tom Adams, (see above) stated that in light of the action of Council to <br />approve the addendum (Item 2 above), Kumam Corporation and KG Land California <br />Corporation will withdraw their appeal, with the suggestion that a clause <br />should be added to Condition No. 3 in the staff report. <br />Reg.Mtg. <br />9/23/85 MINUTE BOOK NO. 46 <br />Page 2 Page No. 51 <br />
