Item No. 3 (continued) <br />City Attorney Schricker recommended that the 3rd sentence of Condition No. 3 <br />should read, "This transportation study will be the basis for the <br />implementation of any further Transportation Systems Management measures by <br />the City of Redwood City and for the implementation of any physical <br />modifications in Marine World Parkway, Shore way Road, or the Ralston <br />Interchange ", with the addition of the following clause: "including access <br />thereto as revised by the addendum, approved by Resolution No. 10013 adopted <br />September 23, 1985, to that certain agreement dated August 28, 1968, between <br />the cities of Belmont and Redwood City pertaining to Ralston Interchange <br />access." He recommended further that, with the modification to Condition No. <br />3 as indicated above, all other action by the Planning Commission be affirmed <br />on the appeal. <br />Mr. Adams concurred in the recommended change. <br />Kenneth Dickerson, City Attorney, City of Belmont, having been advised in <br />response to question to City Attorney Schricker that the City of Belmont and <br />Kumam could build the access shown on Exhibit A to the Amendment to the <br />Agreement, stated that the City of Belmont withdraws its appeal. <br />M /S: Claire /Mosher to grant the appeals with respect to the modification of <br />Condition No. 3 attached to approval of the Tentative Map for Marine World <br />Executive Park, as indicated, and to affirm the action of the Planning <br />Commission in all other respects. <br />Carried by unanimous roll call vote. <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 85 -145 <br />4. Appeal of decision of Zoning Administrator to grant a <br />Use Permit and Architectural Permit to construct a <br />Mini - Warehouse and caretaker's residence at 145 Monroe <br />Street (Louis Bandov, appellant) (203 -02) <br />Report of City Manager and Community Development Director 9/19/85 <br />Community Development Director Schroeter summarized the report and replied to <br />questions by Council. <br />Mayor Britschgi invited the appellant or his representative to speak. No one <br />for the appellant responded. <br />Michael Garrity, 981 E1 Cajon Drive, Danville, attorney representing Storage <br />Services, the applicant for the Use Permit and Architectural Permit, <br />indicated that he had arranged to have the neighbors of the proposed project <br />contacted to determine how they felt about it, and found no opposition.
