RESOLUTION NO. 10085 VACATING AN EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENT IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY IN ACCORDANCE WITH PART 3 OF DIVISION 9, STREETS AND HIGHWAYS CODE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA (702 -10) 18. Approval of warrant nos. 31454 through 31615; and authorization to make usual and necessary payment of bills through December 16, 1985. APPROVED 19. MOTION: to reject claims of Pacific Bell Security; Queen Evans MINUTE ORDER NO. 85- 185A,B ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- GENERAL Councilman Claire, representative on the Regional Planning Committee, reported briefly on the Committee's subcommittee which makes recommendations to the County Board of Supervisors regarding priorities in transportation systems in the County, and advised that the RPC will be voting later this week on the subcommittee recommendations for the eastside Connector from Marsh Road to Seaport Boulevard. Director of Public Works Addiego advised of the standards of RPC for rating project priorities, and that the connector project was given a low priority. He described the increasing traffic problems in the area of Marsh Road, because of the expressway being built from the Dumbarton Bridge to Marsh, causing congestion on Florence Street. He suggested that Council members talk to their counterparts in other cities in support of the project.
