Construction Phase <br /> a) Attend pre-construction meeting. <br /> b) Work with City on turf spraying and other pre-construction needs. <br /> c) "Regular" observation and review will be provided, considering weather and <br /> construction practice. For purposes of this proposal regular is weekly (16 <br /> meetings total). <br /> i. Meeting and site walk with the contractor. Meeting Agenda and <br /> Meeting Minutes will be provided. <br /> ii. File an observation report for each "regular" observation visit. <br /> d) Respond to contractor questions, coordination and processing of RFI's. <br /> e) Assist the City with change order preparation and evaluation. <br /> f) Review substitution requests. <br /> g) Assist the City in processing and coordinating submittals and shop drawings. <br /> h) Project Closeout. <br /> i. Review record drawings. <br /> ii. Final walk through and punch list. <br /> iii. Warranty evaluation and M&O documentation. <br /> iv. Close project and organize electronic files, plans and construction <br /> binder. <br /> i) Project Administration. <br /> <br />PRODUCTS <br />The following products will be provided to the City: <br /> <br />A. Construction Services <br /> 1. One Meeting Report for Pre-bid Meeting. <br /> 2. One Meeting Agenda and Report for Pre-construction Meeting. <br /> 3. Agenda and Minutes for Biweekly Meetings. <br /> 4. Submittal and RFI Responses. <br /> 5. One Final Punch List Report. <br /> <br /> SPECIAL PROVISIONS <br />A. Without attempting to be all-inclusive and for purposes of cladty, the following items are <br /> specifically not included in the Scope of Services. <br /> 1. Meetings other than those listed. <br /> <br />B.
