All Slow Pitch Leagues $44.50 per game <br /> (2 umpires per game) <br /> <br /> All Playoffs $46.50 per game <br /> (2 umpires per game) <br /> <br />All sums disbursed to Consultant hereunder, except for the aforementioned <br />administrative services of $200, shall be held in trust by Consultant and distributed to <br />Consultant's individual members as compensation for their respective individual <br />services rendered at the rates listed above. <br /> <br />It is understood and agreed that in no event shall the total amount to be paid by City for <br />all individual services to be rendered by Consultant's members exceed Thirty-Two <br />Thousand One Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars ($32,136) for umpiring and Two Hundred <br />Dollars ($200) for administrative services, for a total amount not to exceed Thirty-Two <br />Thousand Three Hundred Thirty-Six Dollars ($32,336). <br /> <br />Payment, or installment payments, shall be made at such times and in such form as <br />City deems proper. Consultant shall provide an accounting to the City's Finance <br />Director of all funds disbursed to employees of Consultant.
