a yearly schedule for non-school uses of the playing fields that are the subject of this Agreement. It is <br />anticipated the City of Redwood City will have primary responsibility and authority for scheduling non- <br />school activities at the playing fields. <br /> <br /> c. This paragraph shall not be interpreted to prevent the County Manager, the City <br /> <br />Manager or the District Superintendent from referring any proposed action with respect to this <br />Agreement to their respective legislative bodies for consideration and action. Further, this paragraph <br />shall not be interpreted as a delegation to the County Manager, City Manager or District Superintendent <br />of any powers that, by law, may only be exercised by the Board of Supervisors, City Council or Board <br />of Trustees. <br /> <br /> 12.
