Letter of December 20, 1984 from Mayor Morris of City of Menlo Park <br />requesting representative to an area meeting re comprehensive traffic <br />needs on January 17, 1985. <br />CONSENSUS: Mayor Britschgi determined it to be the consensus of Council <br />to participate in the subject proposed meeting and appointed Vice Mayor <br />Priscilla Marquez- Mosher to represent the City at the meeting. <br />MEMO 1/8/85 <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />M /S: Stangel /Mosher to adjourn to executive session for the purpose of <br />considering labor relations and to reconvene solely to adjourn. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote and Council adjourned to Executive Session <br />at 8:30 p.m. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, the City Council adjourned at 9:35 p.m. <br />JACQUELINE C.
