Amendment to Inducement Resolution for mortgage revenue <br />bonds (Paragon) (continued from 1/21/85) (408 -01) <br />Report of City Manager 1/18/85 <br />Bond Counsel letter 1/23/85 <br />Gerald Laster, Bond Counsel of Wilson, Morton, Assaf & McElligott, San Mateo, <br />reviewed the letter of January 23, 1985 to the City Manager from his <br />associate, James A. Hildebrand, replying to questions asked during the <br />Council meeting of January 21. In response to questions, Mr. Laster said <br />that the $900,000,000 of multifamily rental housing bonds is the amount <br />allocated to California annually, with no carryover of unused bonds from <br />previous years, and that it is unlikely that much of this year's amount has <br />been issued yet. Mr. Laster pointed out that the bonds are those requested <br />by Paragon, but that other types of bonds are available for other projects <br />later in the year in the event all of that particular type of fund has been <br />used. <br />Title read.
