Bosch, Anthony <br />Belesis <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 85- 12A,B,C <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />WRITTEN COMMUNICATIONS <br />7. Letter dated January 24, 1985, from Charlene Haught <br />Johnson, representing William Patrick, requesting <br />abandonment of City's interest in certain property in <br />the vicinity of Jefferson Avenue and Godetia Drive. <br />(702 -06 & 301-07) <br />Charlene Johnson, of San Francisco, attorney representing William Patrick, <br />referred to the subject letter and accompanying file and offered to reply to <br />questions. Ms. Johnson requested a prompt decision in view of her client's <br />building plans for the property. <br />CONSENSUS: Mayor Britschgi determined it to be the consensus of Council to <br />place the item on the City Council Agenda for February 4, 1985, at which time <br />Director of Public Works Addiego has stated he will have a staff report ready <br />on the subject. <br />MEMO 1/31/85 <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />GENERAL <br />1. Mayor Britschgi reported he had received a message from Planning Director <br />Schroeter stating that the Planning Commission is ready to meet with the <br />City Council to consider the E1 Camino Real Plan on any Tuesday when their <br />regular meeting is not scheduled. <br />CONSENSUS: Mayor Britschgi determined it to be the consensus of Council that <br />they would like to schedule a Joint Meeting with the Planning Commission for <br />the purpose of considering the E1 Camino Real Plan for Tuesday, February 26, <br />1985 (7:30 p.m., Sunset Room of Veterans Memorial Senior Center). <br />MEMO 1/31/85 <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />M /S: Mosher /Chandler to adjourn to 6:00 p.m., Monday, February 4, 1985, in the <br />City Hall Conference Room for the purpose of considering labor relations. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />City Council adjourned at 8:10 p.m. <br />JACQUELINE C.
