Chester Lebsack, representing George Solari, one of the abutting property <br />owners of the property affected by the proposed resolution asked that <br />destruction of improvements on Heller Street not include the area which <br />provides access to Mr. Solari's garage and mentioned his concerns about the <br />storm drains also. <br />City Manager Smith and Director of Public Works Addiego said that they will <br />arrange a staff meeting with Mr. Solari or his representative to discuss his <br />concerns and will have a recommendation ready in time for the public hearing <br />on the matter on February 25, 1985. <br />MEMO 2/8/45 <br />Title read.
