Report re requested abandonment of City's interest in <br />certain property in the vicinity of Jefferson Avenue <br />and Godetia Drive (per Council request 1/28/85) <br />(203-09) <br />Report of City Manager and Director of Public Works 1/31/85 <br />Director of Public Works Addiego presented a transparency indicating the area <br />involved and said staff recommends granting the request of William Patrick <br />with regard to his property at 4147 Jefferson Avenue. <br />M /S: Bury /Claire to accept the report of the City Manager of January 31, <br />1985, and authorize staff to prepare the necessary quit claim documents <br />and /or partial rescinding of the agreement as it pertains to the City's <br />rights to Parcel "B" of Parcel Map 74 -12 (William Patrick, 4147 Jefferson <br />Avenue) . <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 85 -16 <br />City Manager Smith said that documents will appear on the Consent Calendar <br />later. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />CONSENT CALENDAR <br />In response to request and there being no objection, Mayor Britschgi stated that <br />Item No. 8 on the Consent Calendar will be considered separately. <br />M /S: Bury /Mosher to waive reading of the Consent Calendar, adopt the resolutions <br />and approve all other items with the exception of Item No. 8. <br />Carried unanimously by roll call vote. <br />7.
