Public Hearing - Proposed vacation of emergency access easement and portion of public street (Heller Street) (Per RESOLUTION NO. 9801, 2/4/85; Report of City Manager 1/31/85) (Z02 -06 ) Affidavits of Publication of Notice of Hearing and of Posting on file. Director of Public Works Addiego referred to the subject report and to transparencies of the area indicating the easement proposed to be vacated and the new easement. Mr. Addiego reported he had met with representatives of the Price Club and of George Solari, the adjacent resident, and all have agreed on the handling of the vacation of easement on Heller Street. Mayor Britschgi declared the public hearing open at 7:45 p.m. Dale Gunderson, Price Club, San Diego, stated that he is in agreement with the statements of Mr. Addiego. He suggested that the new easement is a better alignment than the previous one. Chester Lebsack, 525 Marshall Street, attorney representing George Solari, stated that the arrangements agreed upon in the meeting with Mr. Addiego and representatives of the Price Club and Orchard Supply are satisfactory to his client. Mayor Britschgi invited anyone else present who wished to speak to do so. No one wished to speak. M /S: Bury /Stangel to close the public hearing.
