Item No. 2 (continued) <br />The motion carried unanimously by roll call vote <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 85 -27 <br />Following discussion, Planning Director Schroeter was asked to prepare a <br />letter for Mayor Britschgi's signature to the local realty board describing <br />the misrepresentation to Mrs. Carney Chambers in purchasing property with an <br />illegal second dwelling. <br />MEMO 3/8/85 <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />(Council recessed from 8:32 to 8:40 p.m.) <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />ORAL COMMUNICATIONS <br />None <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />REPORTS OF BOARDS AND COMMISSIONS <br />Non - Agenda Items <br />Mayor Britschgi reported he has requested the title of the subject category <br />be changed to include committee reports and asked any Council members who <br />wished to do so to make oral reports concerning their committee assignments. <br />Councilman Chandler said the Mobilehome Rent Stabilization Committee will <br />meet on March 6, 1985 to review their recommendations to Council in light of <br />the objections to them of many mobilehome park residents. <br />Vice Mayor Mosher said that the Legislative Committee will meet at 7:30 a.m. <br />and the Edgewood Road /Whipple Avenue Committee will meet at 7:00 p.m. on <br />March 5. <br />Councilmen Bury and Chandler said that the committees studying space <br />requirements for the Library and City Hall rehabilitation have been <br />reviewing needs. <br />Councilman Stangel reported on private sector activities relating to <br />development of a sports stadium in San Mateo County, possibly in Redwood <br />City. <br />REPORTS OF CITY MANAGER <br />3.
