Item No. 1 (continued) <br />Mayor Britschgi presented the Plaque for Distinguished Service to James <br />Beeger, thanked him for his years of service to the community and wished him <br />well in his future endeavors. <br />The Mayor then presented the Plaque for Distinguished Service to Michael <br />Graycar, esteemed concert violinist, and thanked him for his several years of <br />service in the interest of betterment of the community. <br />Paul Keckley and Lawrence Moon were unable to be present at the meeting, and <br />their plaques will be presented to them at a later time. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />2. Expenditure of Revenue Sharing Funds <br />Report of City Manager and Finance Director 7/15/85 <br />City Manager Smith reviewed the year -long budget consideration process, and <br />noted that this public hearing would allow for any adjustments before formal <br />adoption of the final budget. <br />Mayor Britschgi declared the public hearing open at 7:39 p.m. <br />Affidavit of publication of Notice of Hearing was reported on file. <br />Mayor Britschgi invited anyone present who wished to speak to do so.
