Capital Improvements Planning <br />Civic Center Improvements (continued) <br />M /S: Rhodes /Britschgi to instruct the City Manager to employ <br />an architect and start looking at possible fire station sites <br />with the object of getting the Fire Station built as soon as <br />possible, and so that preliminary decisions will not be delayed. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. MINUTE ORDER NO. 84 -27 <br />d. Fifth Avenue Storm Drainage <br />Public Works Director Addiego presented the consultant report <br />(see reference above) <br />M /S: Britschgi /Bury to refer the Brian - Kangas -Foulk Report <br />of January 23, 1984 on Fifth Avenue /Bayfront Canal Recommended <br />Improvements to that committee at this time. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. MINUTE ORDER NO. 84 -28 <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, Mayor Stangel declared the <br />meeting adjourned at 3:45 p.m. to an executive session for the purpose <br />of considering labor relations at 5: p.m., Monday, February 6, 1984 <br />in the City Hall conference room. <br />JACQUELINE C.
