Mayor Stangel presiding. <br />Councilmen Present: Biagi, Britschgi, Bury, Claire, Mosher, Rhodes and <br />Mayor Stangel <br />Councilmen absent: None <br />Officials and staff present: Smith, Schricker, Hildebrand and Addiego, <br />Schroeter, Guardino <br />INVOCATION - Councilman Rhodes <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES - Executive Session 3/5/84 <br />City Council 3/5/84 <br />M /S: Biagi / Britschgi to approve the subject Minutes as submitted. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote, Councilman Biagi abstaining from the <br />Minutes of the Executive Session and Councilman Claire from the City Council <br />Minutes. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY AND PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />1. Presentation of the Colors and Pledge of Allegiance led by members of Girls <br />Scouts of the U.S.A.
