<br />Discussion followed and Mr. Smith and City Attorney Schricker replied to <br />questions and commented concerning the desire of Council to have as much <br />information as Possible when making a decision relating to development of <br />the subject site; whether the proposed action is premature; and the need <br />of the Zoning Administrator to know Council policy so that no entitlement <br />would be granted which does not conform to it. <br /> <br />AMENDMENT TO MOTION: Vice Mayor Britschgi, with the consent of his <br />second, amended his motion to continue the item for two weeks, until the <br />April 16, 1984 meeting. <br /> <br />The motion carried unanimously by voice vote. <br /> <br />ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 84-60 <br /> <br />M/S: <br /> <br />Mosher/Bury to adjourn. <br /> <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote and Redevelopment Agency adjourned at 7:44 p.m. <br /> <br />JACQUELINE C.
