Presentation by South County Advisory Committee to the <br />Child Care Coordinating Committee of San Mateo County <br />in recognition of designation of April 1984 as "Month <br />of the Young Child." (301 -04) <br />Debbie Garber, 1321 Junipero, Child Care Coordinating Committee of San <br />Mateo County, described her organization and the need for increased child <br />care facilities in the County. Ms. Garber requested Council action to <br />recognize the "Month of the Young Child" as part of an effort to gain <br />improved quality and quantity of child care services. <br />Mayor Stangel announced that he has issued a Proclamation designating the <br />month of April 1984 as "Month of the Young Child" and Council concurred in <br />that action. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />Reg.
