Maynor, Attorney, May 8, <br />T984, on behalf of Boardwalk Volkswagen, and copy of letter dated April 30, <br />1984, from Damon Raike and Company, 120 Montgomery Street, San Francisco, on <br />behalf of Safeway Stores, Inc. to property owners in the area contemplated <br />for acquisition by Safeway). <br /> <br />Donald H. Maynor, 2471 East Bayshore Road, Palo Alto, attorney representing <br />Boardwalk Volkswagen, requested that the Use Permit be approved, as the <br />delays cause operational concerns; that they have indicated willingness to <br />accept the conditions to the Permit; that the affect of approval would be <br />immediate rehabilitation to the building and other benefits to the City. <br /> <br />Redev.
