<br />Mr. Tom Passanisi <br />NPDES Amendments <br />Page 2 <br /> <br />Project Cost and Management <br /> <br />Work will be billed in quarter-hour increments at the rate of $125 per hour for my time and $85 per <br />hour for the work of MHA's Environmental Scientist. All hours worked will be accounted for in <br />detail and invoiced to the City on a monthly basis. Direct expenses incurred in the performance <br />of this work, including but not limited to printing and copying, photo processing, etc., will be <br />invoiced to the City with a 15% processing mark-up. No mileage or travel expenses are <br />anticipated. Project costs are estimated at not-to-exceed $5,000, as outlined in the attached <br />budget. <br /> <br />As project manager for MHA, I will be responsible for all of the tasks outlined in the scope of work, <br />including attendance at all meetings with staff, the applicant, and boards and commissions. I will <br />be assisted by Tania Treis and/or Kathy Rushmore, environmental scientists with MHA. Ms. Treis <br />and/or Ms. Rushmore will provide research support, collect data and develop tables to <br />accompany written materials. No other personnel or subcontractors will be used without the <br />consent of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />Thank you for your consideration.
