Public Hearing - Application of Jim E. Keller, Able Cab <br />Company (formerly Palo Alto Yellow Cab Company) for <br />Certificate of Convenience and Necessity to engage in <br />business of operating a tax service (1202 -06) <br />(continued open from 6/4/84) <br />M /S: Mosher /Claire to continue the subject public hearing indefinitely. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. Public Hearing - Appeal from a decision of the Zoning <br />Administrator to grant an Architectural Permit for a <br />three -foot ornamental iron fence at 512 -524 Woodside <br />Road - Rudolph and Marlis Wegman, 492 Woodside Road, <br />appellants <br />Council was advised that Diane Greenberg, attorney for the appellants, <br />Rudolph and Marlis Wegman, had requested that the subject appeal be continued <br />indefinitely, since the matter may be resolved privately. Council was <br />advised by Richard E.
