Public Hearing - Question of whether the Board of Port Commissioners should enter into an installment sale agreement with First Municipal Leasing Corporation for the purpose of financing the replacement and rehabilitation of certain wharf improvements to be located at Wharf No. 3 in the Port area. City Attorney Schricker said that the Port wishes to have the subject public hearing withdrawn, and it will be readvertised later. M /S: Bury /Claire to withdraw the subject public hearing.
