Director of Public Works Addiego presented the item using a sketch of the location of the one -foot access strip to illustrate his comments. Vice Mayor Mosher declared the Public Hearing open at 7:50 p.m. Robert Field, General Manager, Parkwood 101, offered to reply to questions and urged adoption of the proposed resolution.
