Councilman Claire reported a request from a resident of the community to move <br />the Oral Communication category of the City Council Agenda, and asked the <br />City Clerk to report to Council on how the subject is handled in other <br />cities. (301 -02) MEMO 7/13/84 <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />M /S: Mosher /Stangel to adjourn the City Council meeting at this time in order to <br />conduct the regular meeting of the Redevelopment Agency and to reconvene into <br />executive session, then to reconvene solely to adjourn to July 23, 1984. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote and Council adjourned at 8:45 p.m. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION <br />Council reconvened in executive session at 10:15 p.m. to consider litigation matters. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />Upon motion duly made, seconded and carried, City Council adjourned at 11:15 p.m. <br />to July 23, 1984. <br />JACQUELINE C.
