Lee for Conditional Variance to change the driveway width of the Chevron Self -Serve Mini Market, 2215 El Camino Real be denied; to suggest to the applicant that the City Council is willing to consider an application with a redesign of the station layout; and that the following findings are made: 1. that the proposal would cause traffic congestion on a main thoroughfare, E1 Camino Real; 2. that it would enhance the probability of "rear end" type accidents at the entrance of the site from El Camino Real; and 3. that it would create conflicting traffic patterns in entering and exiting the site.
