Stangel <br />AUGUST 27, 1984 <br />7:30 P.M. <br />Regular Meeting <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Councilmen present: Bury, Chandler, Mosher, Rhodes, Stangel and <br />Mayor Britschgi <br />Councilmen absent: Councilman Claire <br />Officials and staff present: Smith, Schricker, Tasseff, Hildebrand and <br />Addiego, Schroeter, Malkemus, Light, Hamilton <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - Councilman Stangel <br />INVOCATION - Pastor Steven Rice <br />Grace Bible Church <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES - City Council, August 6, 1984 <br />M /S: Mosher /Chandler to approve the subject Minutes as submitted. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote, Mayor Britschgi abstaining. <br />SPECIAL ORDERS OF THE DAY AND PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />Mayor Britschgi introduced Steve Phirippidis, one of the persons honored on July <br />9, 1984, for contributions to the estab ".shment of Heron Court Cooperative, for <br />the purpose of making presentations on [Ehalf of the new Board of Directors of the <br />Cooperative Owners Asociation. (203 -04) <br />Steve Phirippidis, thanked Council for t' plaque he had received on July 9, and <br />stated that the Board wished to make presentations also to City staff members in <br />recognition of their part in the construction of Heron Court. <br />Emmett Hession, President of Heron Court Cooperative Homeowners Association, <br />presented plaques to City Manager Smith, Housing Coordinator Church and Don <br />Warren, President of Redwood Shores, Inc., and thanked them for their years of <br />effort to develop the Cooperative. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />Reg.Mtg. <br />8/27/84 <br />MINUTE BOOK NO. 45 <br />Page No. 117 <br />
