Item No. 4 (continued) <br />In response to question regarding refrigerators on the property, Mr. Malkemus <br />said that he had turned the refrigerator he found with a self - locking door <br />against a wall to avoid the safety hazard it presents. Upon being advised by <br />Mr. Schricker that the City has the authority to do so, Councilman Rhodes <br />asked that the refrigerator door be removed as soon as possible the next day <br />(October 2, 1984). <br />MEMO (10/12/84) <br />Mayor Britschgi invited anyone else present who wished to speak to do so.
