Councilman Claire referred to the request a few months ago for consideration <br />of changing the place on the Agenda of the Oral Communications category. <br />M /S: Claire /Mosher to move the Oral Communications category from its present <br />place on the Agenda to the place following Special Orders of the Day and <br />Public Hearings, with the time for the category to be limited to be allocated <br />as determined by the Mayor. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />ADJOURNMENT <br />M /S: Mosher /Chandler to adjourn to a Joint Meeting with Boards and Committees at <br />8:30 a.m., Saturday, November 10, 1984, in the Veterans Memorial Building; to hold <br />a City Council meeting on November 12, 1984 at 7:30 p.m. in the Municipal Service <br />Center; and to cancel the meeting scheduled for November 19, 1984. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote and the meeting adjourned at 10:25 p.m. <br />JACQUELINE C.
