Councilman Claire referred to his letter of November 2, 1984 regarding the <br />Housing and Human Concerns Committee and recommending that the chairperson - <br />ship should not necessarily be held by a Council member. <br />M /S: Claire /Mosher to change the rules and procedures of the Housing and <br />Human Concerns Committee to allow the chairmanship to be held by a member <br />other than a City Council member. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote. <br />MINUTE ORDER NO. 84 -180 <br />2.
