Presentation of a proposed concept for development of <br />Bradford Street parking area. (1003 -03) <br />Report of City Manager 12/7/84 <br />City Manager Smith referred to his report stating the proponents of the <br />development will present their concept relating to Bradford Street Parking <br />Lot. <br />Marilyn Kinney, Kinney & Kinney, 400 High Street, Palo Alto, real estate <br />development firm, described the firm and its projects in Palo Alto and <br />presented views of their Abitare Development there involving use of air space <br />at a city parking lot in exchange for public facilities and public parking. <br />Reg.
