Presentation of Resolution of Retirement to Alfred M. <br />Cain of the Public Works Department <br />Vice Mayor Britschgi declared RESOLUTION NO. 9319 COMMENDING AND <br />CONGRATULATING ALFRED M. CAIN ON THE OCCASION OF HIS RETIREMENT adopted <br />unanimously by consensus. <br />Vice Mayor Britschgi presented a framed parchment copy of RESOLUTION NO. <br />9319 to Roy McIntee who represented Mr. Cain who was unable to be <br />present. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />2. Arbor Day - presentation of Tree City, U.S.A. Award <br />Ralph Alworth, Jr. of the State Division of Forestry presented a plaque <br />and a TREE CITY USA flag on behalf of Governor Deukmejian, the National <br />Arbor Day Foundation and the Division of Forestry.
