M I N U T E S <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />Board of Supervisors Chamber! <br />401 Marshall Street <br />March 28, 1983 <br />(No tape recording made) <br />Regular Meetinq <br />CALL TO ORDER <br />Councilmen present: Biagi, Britschgi, Bury, Claire, Mosher, <br />and Mayor Stangel <br />Councilmen absent: Rhodes <br />Officials and staff present: Smith, Schricker, Tasseff, Hildebrand and <br />Addiego, Schroeter, Malkemus, Mott, Guardino <br />PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE - Councilman Bury <br />INVOCATION - Pastor James Anderson <br />Messiah Lutheran Church <br />APPROVAL OF MINUTES - March 21, 1983 <br />M /S: Biagi/Mosher to approve the subject Minutes as submitted. <br />Carried unanimously by voice vote, Mayor Stangel abstaining. <br />---------------------------------------------------------------------------- - - - - -- <br />PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />1. Public Hearing - Application for a Building Moving <br />Permit to move a house from location outside Redwood <br />City Limits to property at 99 Beech Street - Towne Ford <br />Sales, applicant (707 -05) <br />Report of City Manager and Chief Building Official 3/21/83 <br />Affidavits of Publication of Notice of Hearing and of Mailing are on <br />f le. <br />Chief Building Official Malkemus presented his report and displayed <br />overhead projections of the site, the proposed location and the building <br />construction. <br />Mayor Stangel declared the public hearing open at 7 :40 p.m. <br />Richard Sullivan, representing Towne Ford, stated that the building will <br />be used as a sales office in a used car lot located at 99 Beech Street, <br />noting that that had been its previous use.
