The equipment room and roof structure be made accessible for <br />inspection. <br />2. The 1979 Uniform Building Code and State Handicapped Requirements be <br />complied with as listed in Items 1 -4 of the inspection report. <br />3. The California Energy Commission requirements and Title 24 calculations <br />be complied with as listed in Items 5 -10 of the attached inspection <br />report. <br />4. The moving route, dates and times be coordinated with the Redwood City <br />Police Department. <br />5. Sufficient fees be deposited to cover supervision, electricians, police <br />escorts, and other personnel necessary to facilitate the moving after <br />entering the city limits. <br />6. The permit shall not be effective until a $1,000.00 compliance bond is <br />received (Section 9.29, City Ordinance). <br />7. Auction and Award of Bid of Surplus Real Property - <br />Parcel No. 054 - 030 -010 (continued from 3/7/83) (1501 -06) <br />(See Minutes of March 7, 1983) <br />City Attorney Schricker invited all prospective bidders to come to the <br />rostrum and identify themselves and described the auction bid procedure. <br />Chuck Hockaday, 961 Woodside Road, questioned the amount of minimum <br />opening bid.
