Approval of plans and specifications, call for bids - <br />Tennis Court resurfacing - Red Morton Community Park and <br />Mezes Park (702 -02) <br />Report of City Manager, Director of P u b l i c Works and Director of Parks and <br />Recreation 4/4/83 <br />M /S: Rhodes /Biagi to table action on going out to bid on the subject <br />matter until after Council consideration of the 1983 -84 Annual Budget. <br />City Manager Smith and Director of Parks and Recreation Griffiths replied <br />to questions and commented concerning the hazardous condition of the two <br />Mezes Park courts; the requirements for the four courts at Red Morton <br />Parks for maintenance to make them serviceable; and means of having tennis <br />players buy permits or pay fees to cover costs of maintenance of courts. <br />The motion failed by majority voice vote which Mayor Stangel determined to <br />be2to5. <br />Title read.
