Adoption of a Resolution Confirming City Council Policy with respect to <br /> development on Laurel Way— (Continued from February 28, 2005) <br /> Senior Planner Ekas stated that the staff report was to address and respond to a <br /> concem from Laurel Way property owner Scott Sweeney and his request for <br /> clarification with respect to the Laurel Way resolution and other associated <br /> documents. Ms. Ekas gave an overview and orientation of the property and <br /> Laurel Way area.
