� i. A - d <br /> Scott Sweeney thanked Council and staff stating he agrees with the resolution <br /> but that there is a discrepancy in the language on Exhibit °A°. He stated that the <br /> resolution applies to certain lots and that the text of the resolution was written by ` <br /> the City's attomey and City staff prepared the exhibit which created <br /> miscommunication. He further requested clarification of the language. <br /> � Council discussion ensued regarding the prior adopted policy and questions <br /> were asked pertaining to an assessment district in the area. Questions and <br /> discussion in regard to soils reports in the area and subs#andard paved streets <br /> ensued. <br /> Public Comment: <br /> Roger Flores <br /> Recommendation: <br /> M/S Pierce/Foust to adopt the attached resolution confirming Council's policy <br /> with respect to the development of vacant sites on Laurel Way as follows: <br /> 1. Determine that the December 18, 2000 staff report and Exhibit A to <br /> Resolution 14111 (a map) accurately represent the Council's policy with <br /> respect to the location of the "EIR — No EiR Line;n that exists after 3729 and <br /> 3726 Laurel Way. <br /> 2. Adopt the attached Resolution which clearly states the policy as it is <br /> presented in the December 18, 2000 staff report and Exhibit A in regards to <br /> determining the location of the "EIR — No EIR Line." With respect to the <br /> vacant parcels on Laurel Way, located easterly of the EIR Line next to 3726 <br /> and 3718, should not be included. <br /> RESOLUTION 14632 RESTATING POLICY REGARDING DEVELOPMENT OF <br /> CERTAIN PARCELS OF REAL PROPERTY ON LAUREL WAY IN THE CITY OF <br /> REDWOOD CITY AND REPEALING RESOLUTION 14111 <br /> The motion passed by a unanimous roll call vote. <br /> 9.
