<br />Earth Tech Schedule of Fees for Preferred Clients <br />Effective January 2005 <br /> <br />Earth Tech, Inc. provides its clients with consulting services in environmental sciences and engineering. <br />Compensation will be based on the following schedule of fees and charges. <br /> <br />Hourly Fees for Professional and Technical Staff <br /> <br />Rate/Hour <br /> <br />. Travel times will be charged at the regular hourly <br />rates, not to exceed 8 hours per day. Rates charged to clients are those rates in effect at the time rendered. <br />Rates are reviewed annually and adjusted accordingly. <br /> <br />* : Includes computer aided design (CAD) and geographic information systems (GIS) operators. <br /> <br />Project-related expenses are char2ed as follows: <br /> <br />1. Travel-related expenses (hotels, rental vehicles, parking, etc.): cost plus 5 percent. <br /> <br />2. Subcontractors (drilling, trenching, surveying, laboratory testing, etc.): cost plus 5 percent. <br /> <br />3. Out-of-pocket expenses for reprographics, aerial photos, publications, overnight shipping, project- <br />expendable materials and supplies, etc.: cost plus 5 percent. <br /> <br />4. Formal deliverables/documentation: $0.10 per page. Retrieval of records more than one year after <br />project completion bear an additional charge of $100.00 per request. <br /> <br />5. Mileage: Per u.S. government rates; Field vehicles: $75.00 per day. <br /> <br />6. Rates for health/safety and field instrumentation equipment rental will be furnished upon request. <br /> <br />-I <br />
