Staff has requested that Mundie & Associates, <br /> environmental consultants and preparers' of the original EIR, provide a proposal for <br /> professional services to complete the Addendum. Their proposed scope of work and <br /> budget is attached. <br /> <br /> Mundie & Associates are experienced environmental consultants and have worked in the <br /> San Francisco Bay area for over 20 years. They are particularly skilled in fiscal and <br /> economic analyses and planning policy. They have worked on numerous complex projects <br /> including proposed retail and cinema developments in other communities, including the <br /> cinema project in the City of San Mateo. <br /> <br /> BHV Innisfree Ventures I, LLC and their development team have reviewed the proposal <br /> from Mundie & Associates and have indicated their support of the proposal including the <br /> scope of work and budget. <br /> <br /> Fiscal Impact <br /> Per the terms of the DDA, the master developer for the project, BHV Innisfree Ventures I, <br /> will fund the costs of this proposal for an Addendum to the Certified Final Environmental <br /> Impact Report. The $45,000 recommended cost includes the Agency's and City's standard <br /> 10% administrative overhead. There wi~ be, no fiscal impact to the Agency. <br /> <br /> 'Patricia J.
