This letter outlines our understanding of the project, identifies information we would <br />need from the City of Redwood City and/or the project applicant, and proposes a budget and <br />schedule for the work. <br /> <br />Understanding of the Project <br /> <br />The project that was analyzed in the previous EIR covered two blocks of downtown Redwood <br />City. Block 1 is bounded by Broadway, Jefferson Avenue, and Middlefield Road. Block 2 is <br />bounded by Winslow Street/Middlefield Road, Jefferson Avenue, and thc Caltrain tracks.
