Permittee hereunder, or otherwise arising from or arising out of said event or <br /> any activities herein permitted. <br /> <br />10. City Services: City agrees to provide those services requested in the letter <br /> dated May 23, 2002, in furtherance of the activities herein permitted. <br /> <br /> Specifically, City agrees to provide the following services: <br /> <br /> (a) Street sweepers to be available at approximately 10:00 a.m. to pick-up <br /> horse droppings along the parade route, and at the jury parking lot at <br /> Middlefield Road, and Veterans Boulevard. Sweepers will also be available <br /> along the festival area at approximately 7:00 p.m. <br /> <br /> (b) Deliver and pick-up available bleachers to Marshall and Winslow Streets <br /> prior to and after the parade. <br /> <br /> (c) Deliver barricades, as necessary, to locations around the festival area on <br /> Wednesday July 3~d, no later than 5:00 p.m. and along the parade route as <br /> determined by the Police Department and the PC^. Barricades will be in <br /> place before 7:00 a.m. on Thursday, July 4th. <br /> <br /> (d) Install along the parade route immediately before the parade, the PCA's <br /> American flags, which are in storage at Public Works, and remove them as <br /> soon as possible after the parade. <br /> <br /> (e) Use of a 1-1/2 inch fire hydrant for an antique fire truck demonstration in <br /> the festival area following the parade on July 4th. <br /> <br /> (f) Use of the parking structure on Marshall Street, and use of the Hamilton <br /> Street parking lot along Winslow Street for handicap and vendor parking <br /> from 6:00 p.m. on Wednesday July 3rd, until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday July 4th. <br /> <br /> (g) Closure of Hamilton Street from Broadway to the entrance of the <br /> Hamilton Street parking lot from 6: p.m. on Monday July 2nd to 8:00 p.m. on <br /> Thursday July 4th. <br /> <br /> (h) Closure of Hamilton Street from Marshall Street to Broadway from 6:00 <br /> p.m. Wednesday July 3rd until 8:00 p.m. July 4th. <br /> <br /> (i) Closure of the festival area from 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday July 3~d to 8:00 <br /> p.m. on Thursday July 4th. <br /> <br /> (j) Closure of Middlefleld Road from Marshall Street to Winslow Street from <br /> 6:00 p.m., Wednesday, July 3rd to 8:00 p.m. July 4th. <br /> <br />F:Atty/PD/J uly4thpermit 3 <br />052902 <br /> <br /> <br />
