(k) Closure of Jefferson from Marshall Street to Middlefield Road, from 5:00 <br /> a.m. to 8:00 p.m. July 4th. <br /> <br /> (I) No parking on Fuller Street from 5:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Thursday, July <br /> 4th. <br /> <br /> (m) Restricted access limited to residents, and parade entrants, from 8:00 <br /> a.m. to 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, July 4th on the following streets between <br /> Winslow and Arguello: Howland, Standish, Hopkins, Samson, Alden, and <br /> Brewster. And the following streets between Whipple and Brewster: <br /> Arguello, Warren, and Allerton. <br /> <br />11. The Permittee Will Provide: <br /> (a) Adequate temporary restroom facilities at no expense to the City. <br /> <br /> (b) Permittee will contact all businesses affected by the street closures on <br /> Seaport and Seaport Court. <br /> <br />12. Miscellaneous and Additional Matters: Additional or further matters not <br /> herein described or contemplated in connection with the 4th of July parade, <br /> festival, arts & crafts fair, and fireworks display shall not be effectuated <br /> without the prior written consent of the Police Chief. <br /> <br />13.
