Arguello and Whipple <br /> Howland and Winslow <br /> Standish and Winslow <br /> Hopkins and Winslow <br /> Samson and Winslow <br /> Brewster and Winslow <br /> <br /> Parade Line-up Area - no access <br /> I. Warren at Whipple <br /> Allerton at Whipple <br /> Alden at Winslow <br /> <br /> County Jury Parking lot - restricted access <br /> J. Traffic officers are need at the parking lot entrances on Middlefield and Winslow. <br /> Access to the lot should be limited to only equestrian units. Restrictions for general <br /> vehicle traffic is done for the safety of the animals, riders, and support personnel. <br /> <br /> No street venders of any kind are to be permitted to operate along the Parade Route - or within <br /> the Festival boundaries except those approved by the PCA. <br /> <br /> The fireworks display will be conducted at the Port of Redwood City beginning at 9:30pm on <br /> July 4th .
