Festival area is defined as Broadway from Winslow to Main St., Jefferson from Marshall to Middlefield Rd., Middlefield l~d. from Marshall to Winslow and Hamilton St. from Marshall to Winslow including parking lot along Winslow. (see appropriate map) 1) The PCA has requested to close Hamilton St. from Broadway to the edge of the City. parking lot from 6:00 P.M. Tuesday July 2 to 8:00 P.M. Thursday July 4. This is to facilitate the temporary staging of vehicles and equipmem need in conjunction with the event preparation.. Current business owners will be contacted in advance to accommodate their routine business operations. 2) No Parking in the festival area from 5:00 P.M. Wednesday July 3 until 8:00 P.M. Thursday July 4. Posting of "No Parking" signs should be completed by 5:00 P.M., Friday June 28. Enforcement of"No Parking" to begin 5:00 P.M. Wednesday July 3. The PCA can assist the Police Department with preparation of the NO PARKING signs. We can provided pre-printed labels to apply to the signs and would offer to put them on the signs and return the signs to the Police Department for posting. 3) Traffic Diversion: Below is listed requested traffic diversions for the sat~ey of pre-event setup of booths, stages, and miscellaneous facilities. Hamilton St. from Marshall St. to Broadway from 6:00 P.M. Wednesday July 3 to 8:00 P.M. July 4. D. Middlefield l~d. from Marshall St. to Winslow from 6:00 P.M. Wednesday July 3 to 8:00 P.M. July 4. E. Jefferson from Marshall St. to Middlefield P,d. from 5:00 A.M. to 8:00 P.M. July 4. F. After the parade to 6:00 PM, no thru traffic on Winslow/Middfield by the Kiwanis Carnival beginning at Winslow and Hamilton to Middlefield and Jefferson.
