Mayor Stangel noted that because of the nature of the activity, the funding of <br />Neighborhood Boards Program will be considered at this time out of order. <br />POLICY DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION (pp. 61 -69) <br />Leqislative /Policy Determination <br />Paul Rivers, consultant to the Neighborhood Board Project, reported he did <br />the Board training for the Friendly Acres area and is now working with the <br />Jardin de Ninos area. Mr. Rivers described use of the Board to date and his <br />prediction for success of the program and replied to questions concerning <br />it. <br />Cliff Boxley, Target Education and Welfare, stated that he needs to know if <br />the City plans to continue with the agency in the Neighborhood Board <br />Project. <br />M /S: Britschgi /Biagi to funds the Neighborhood Board Program at the 1982 <br />level of $18,900.
